Advice Process
1 – Getting to know you
In our first meeting with you we’ll talk about your personal and financial circumstances, allowing us to fully understand your situation. We’ll discuss your existing assets, liabilities and income details, as well as your goals and aspirations and anything else that’s important to you. What we learn from you will form the foundation for our analysis and recommendations. By taking the time to really get to know you we can offer you the most suitable options.
2 – Research
After we’ve gathered all the details we need from you, we’ll analyse this information and research the market to source the most appropriate solutions to recommend to you. We use the most up to date tools available to be able to offer you the latest products and best rates available.
3 – Your Recommendation
We’ll then present our recommendations in a simple and straight-forward way, making sure that we always keep to “your agenda”. We’ll also give you a written explanation of all our recommendations in a language that is designed to be clear and to the point. If you prefer, these recommendations can be provided to you by email or hard copy, whichever suits you best.
4 – Ongoing Service
Once you’re happy and ready to proceed we’ll make sure that any application process is completed efficiently and professionally, your case manager keeping you up to date with progress.
